• House Extension

  Location: Stapleford, Nottingham

  This project was a two story side extension to create a garage, utility room, porch and store room downstairs and a master bedroom with ensuite upstairs and office to the front.
  
  The whole extension was clad in a cement based cladding and we installed 4 sloping and vertical velux windows at the rear.
  
  The project took 15 weeks and the client was very happy with the finished result.

• Garden Room

  Location: Shelton

  This project was a joy from start to finish with a great client from Shelton.
  
  It's a huge garden room built at the end of a garden measuring 5 meters by 13 meters.
  
  We built it out of reclaimed brick and tiled with clay pan tiles as it was in a conservation area.
  
  We volted the ceilings inside by installing a huge RSJ steel beam in the ridge. And finished with aluminium bi-folding doors and and windows.
  
  This project took 13 weeks to complete and the customer was very satisfied.

• Single Story Wrap-Around

  Location: Aslockton

  This is a single story wrap around extension that was completed on a bungalow in Aslockton.
  
  The wrap around  added an extension onto the two existing bedrooms and created a ensuite for the master bedroom.
  
  The project was completed in 9 weeks including the ensuite bathroom and decorating.
  
  We also blockpaved a patio and paths all the way around extension as an optional extra.
  
  The clients were extremely happy with the finished project.
